Branded reports that prove your care plan is worth it
Uptime, Lighthouse, and daily visual checks run behind every report. Your logo, your schedule, no SiteLetter mark anywhere. Forward to clients whenever you're ready.
Branded client reports your clients actually read
Your client opens their inbox to a report with your logo on it. Your weekend stays free.
Sections you can shape
Enable, disable, and reorder 6 data sections per client. Different clients care about different things - configurable per client.
White-label branding
Custom logo, accent color, footer, and reply-to address. Remove SiteLetter branding entirely - your clients see your brand, not SiteLetter's.
Flexible scheduling
Pick the day, time, and cadence. Send to up to 20 recipients per client - your own team for review, your client directly, or both.
Every line of your care plan, checked daily and ready to report on
You get an email when something needs attention. Nothing when it doesn't.
AI visual regression that knows the difference
Every monitored page gets a daily screenshot, diffed against yesterday. An AI sorts each change into one of three buckets:
- Noise (ads, banners, rotating carousels) - auto-dismissed
- Intentional updates - noted in your weekly report
- Real breakage - emailed immediately
No more "why didn't you notice?" emails from clients. No more false alarms because a banner rotated. Most monitoring tools skip this filter - that's the difference between alerts worth acting on and alerts you learn to ignore.
Lighthouse Audits
Daily audits from real Chrome with warm caches - so scores are stable, not random. Spot trends and drops before clients do.
Every Client, One View
Every client site at a glance. Built for agencies juggling many at once.
Uptime Monitoring
24/7 checks, instant down-alerts. Every blip logged so you can prove you caught it.
SSL & Domain Expiry
Alerts before your client's SSL certificate or domain registration expires. No more embarrassing lapses.
Broken Links & Images
Broken links and missing images caught daily - before visitors or clients notice.
Two channels, no dashboard
Alerts arrive by email or Slack. No app to install, no separate dashboard to babysit. More channels on the roadmap.

Frequently asked questions
SiteLetter is the monitoring and reporting layer of a care plan. Daily uptime, Lighthouse, and visual checks run on every client site, then a branded weekly or monthly report goes out to the client. SiteLetter does not update WordPress, run backups, or scan for security threats. Those are jobs for your maintenance plugin. SiteLetter is the part of the care plan you do not want to write yourself.
Not exactly. SiteLetter is platform-agnostic monitoring and client reporting, so it covers WordPress sites the same way it covers Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, Framer, and custom builds. If your retainer includes WordPress core and plugin updates, pair SiteLetter with a maintenance tool like ManageWP, WP Umbrella, or MainWP. SiteLetter handles the client-facing report and the daily health checks across every stack you support.
No. SiteLetter runs entirely from external servers. Provide the URL, the monitoring runs externally. No scripts, no plugins, no performance overhead on your end.
Your homepage is checked every minute from the EU, and any down result is confirmed by a second AWS region (US) and broken by a third (Asia Pacific) before an alert fires. That cross-region check means a brief blip in any one region will not trigger a false alarm. Other pages on your site are checked every 15 minutes on the same path. Lighthouse, visual scans, SSL, domain expiry, and broken links run daily. All check data is stored in the EU regardless of which region probed.
Automatically. On signup your sitemap is fetched and pages ranked by importance - shallower depth first (homepage, top-level pages), then sitemap priority, then how recently each page changed. The top 15 make it onto your monitoring list and get the full treatment: uptime, Lighthouse, visual regression, broken-asset checks. The sitemap re-syncs weekly so new pages get picked up over time. No manual page-picking required.
Yes. Add unlimited hostnames under one account, each with its own branding and recipient list. Everything is managed from one dashboard.
Yes - or you can put yourself in the loop first. Two flows: (1) send the report to yourself first so you can review and forward manually, or (2) send reports straight to your clients on your schedule. To send directly, invite client emails as report recipients. They confirm via a one-time link, and reports land in their inbox with your branding. No SiteLetter login needed on their end.
Daily screenshots of your key pages get compared to yesterday's screenshots. When something changes, an AI classifies it as dynamic content (ads, banners - auto-dismissed), an intentional update (content edit - noted in your report), or something broken (missing images, layout issues - urgent alert). You only hear about what matters. This applies to visual scans only - uptime, SSL, domain, and performance alerts use straightforward thresholds.
Currently, only public-facing pages are monitored. Support for Basic Auth and custom headers for staging environments is planned.
