SiteLetter report builder: drag-to-reorder report sections with per-section toggles and a report frequency and schedule setting

Sections you can shape

Enable, disable, and reorder 5 data sections. Section layout lives on the report template, and you can keep several templates, so clients who care about different things get different reports.

Your branding on every report

Your logo, your accent color, your footer, your reply-to address, and your agency name as the sender.

Flexible scheduling

Pick the day, time, and cadence. Send to up to 20 recipients per client, so everyone on your side who needs the report gets it the moment it goes out.

The checks behind your care plan, run daily and ready to report on

Decide once what's worth an email. Every client and every site inherits it, including the ones you add next year. The monitoring engine behind your website care plan.

AI visual regression that separates noise from breakage Beta

Every monitored page gets a daily screenshot on mobile and desktop, diffed against the last clean capture. A change has to cover more than 5% of the page before an AI is asked to judge it, and then it lands in one of these:

  • Noise (ads, banners, rotating carousels) - auto-dismissed
  • Intentional updates - noted in your weekly report
  • Real breakage - flagged in your dashboard and called out in your report
  • Couldn't verify - the read didn't come back clean, so nothing is claimed either way

A rotating banner is what the classifier is there to dismiss. Beta is on the label because the AI read is not always right: a change it can't judge is marked "couldn't verify" rather than guessed, so it raises no alarm and never becomes the new reference shot. The next day's scan looks again. Writing new visual-change alert rules is paused while change detection is retuned, so a new account has none: breakage still lands in your dashboard and your report, and rules written before the pause keep running.
