Client Reporting

Client reporting backed by
real monitoring, not analytics

Most client reporting tools re-skin numbers the client could pull themselves. SiteLetter runs the uptime, Lighthouse, and visual checks, then reports on what it found. Your logo, your brand color, your agency name as the sender. Delivered as an email, no login required. $4.80/site a month with every monitor on.

A report, not a dashboard re-skin

The difference between a reporting tool that pipes in analytics and one that does the monitoring itself.

The data is yours, not Google's

A dashboard tool pipes in Analytics and ad numbers the client can already see. SiteLetter reports on monitoring it runs itself, so the report is evidence of work only you are doing.

It answers "is my site healthy"

An analytics report answers "how did traffic do last week". This one answers "is the site down, slow, or broken", because that is what the checks behind a care plan actually measure.

No client portal, no client login

The report arrives in your inbox in your agency's branding, and you forward it, so seeing it costs the client nothing but opening an email.

Build the report you want to send

Drag to reorder, toggle sections on or off, set the cadence: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Configured once for your agency: every client's report uses the same template. Recipients and send timing are set per client. Every section is backed by daily checks across up to 15 pages on the client's site.

Page Scores

Lighthouse scores for performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO, each with its change since the last report, so a slow regression shows up as a trend rather than as a complaint.

Uptime

The percentage that matters most to a client, plus the longest incidents over the period with what caused each one and how long it lasted.

Visual Changes

Content edits caught by the daily screenshot diff, summarized so the client sees their site is watched every day.

Renewals

Certificate and domain status with expiry dates, the quiet line item that puts two known dates on the page while there is still time to act on them.

Content Health

Broken links and images found and surfaced, so the client sees problems were caught on your watch, not theirs.

Your brand on every client report, no login anywhere

Each report carries your logo, brand color, and reply-to address. An agency-branding toggle removes the SiteLetter name from the report, so it reads as your own deliverable. Set all of it once for your agency and every client inherits it, or override any of it on a single client so that client's report carries its own brand.

Delivery is a branded HTML email, not a portal. The report lands in your inbox on the schedule you set, so you read it before your client does, add a line of your own if you want, and forward it. Every address on the report belongs to your own team, so nothing goes out under your name that you have not seen. Your client never sees a login screen, because there is nothing for them to sign in to.

Client reporting is included, not an add-on

Reporting is not a billable line. You pay for the monitoring services a site has switched on, up to $4.80 per site per month with every monitor on, and the branded report those checks roll into comes with them. No per-report fee, no cadence upcharge. The report is the reason the monitoring exists, so it comes in the box.
